Guillermo exited day-to-day leadership in 2023, leaving behind a company still operating in the market he helped establish.

Guillermo is the author of Internet Reputation Management for Businesses, a foundational work written at a time when few organizations understood how profoundly online perception would affect enterprise value.

Its purpose was not promotion, but clarification: articulating a new business reality before it was widely accepted.
